Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The room was quite cold, making it difficult to relax after a long day in the chilly Kiruna climate. I also encountered significant delays with service at the bar, leaving me hungry on New Year's Eve. Finally, I found the common areas, particularly the bathrooms, in need of more attention to cleanliness.

I arrived late, and there was no one at the desk. I had to wait for assistance and then faced a billing issue despite my prepaid reservation. On the bright side, they resolved it quickly the next day. The nearby Thai restaurant and the bar offered nice dining options, but service at the bar could have been more attentive, as I waited a while after finishing my meal without any follow-up. Also, construction around the hotel was somewhat distracting during the stay.
